Our events are at the heart of the Surrey Deaf Children’s Society community – and we’d love for you to be a part of them!

We run events throughout the year for children of all ages. Whether it’s a relaxed play session for little ones or a fun day out for older kids, each SDCS event is a chance for families to connect, for children to play with deaf peers and siblings, and for everyone to feel a part of something special.

We believe that the real value of these events comes from getting involved – chatting with other families, sharing knowledge and experiences, and building lasting friendships. So, when you come along, we encourage you to interact and make the most of the amazing community around you.

A few important things to know:

  • Children remain the responsibility of their parents or carers at all times during events.

  • SDCS pays the full ticket price for activities (we negotiate discounts where possible!) and we ask for a small contribution to reserve your place.

If you have any ideas for an event or would like to host one please get in touch events@surreydeaf.co.uk

We hope to see you soon – and we can’t wait to welcome you to one of our events!
