The Great SDCS Quiz! 
and AGM
Date: Saturday 11th May, 2019
Time: 7.00 – 11.00pm.
Cost: £12 per person
Location: East Horsley Village Hall, Kingston Avenue, East Horsley, Leatherhead, Surrey KT24 6QT.
Join us at our SDCS Fundraising Quiz and AGM. A fun night for adults and teenagers aged 14+ only – come and test your brains, enjoy a fish and chip supper and bar – see if you can win our fabulous raffle prizes!
Bring family and friends and make up a team of 8, or if you don’t have a team come along and we will make up teams on the night.
We will be holding our AGM prior to the Quiz starting; join us to see what we’ve been up to over the last 12 months, and our plans for the next year. The AGM is open to all, so even if you are not joining us for the quiz, you are welcome to the AGM.
Please let us know if you would like a vegetarian meal, otherwise fish and chips are provided. A licensed bar will be available but please bring your own snacks for your table.
There’s a large car park at the hall or East Horsley train station is a five minute walk away.
Please let us know if you would like a BSL interpreter.

When booking, please select the number of tickets for each team member ie. for a team of 8, choose 8 tickets, so you can input individual choices and details.
To book:
- Choose number of tickets
- Click on the PayPal button and pay for the team
- On ticket summary page, enter attendee information – then ‘save attendee information’
- Checkout
- Billing details – click continue and then checkout again. This will finalise your booking. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tickets.
